En f\u00e9vrier 2023, le projet EBSILUX touche \u00e0 sa fin. Le projet a \u00e9t\u00e9 cofinanc\u00e9 pour une dur\u00e9e de 2 ans par le Minist\u00e8re de la Digitalisation et le programme CEF 2020 Secteur des T\u00e9l\u00e9communications<\/b>de l'Union Europ\u00e9enne. Il a \u00e9t\u00e9 d\u00e9velopp\u00e9 par un consortium compos\u00e9 du minist\u00e8re lui-m\u00eame, agissant en tant que chef de projet, d'Infrachain, du Centre interdisciplinaire pour la s\u00e9curit\u00e9, la fiabilit\u00e9 et la confiance (SnT) et du Luxembourg Institute of Science and Technology (LIST).<\/p>

Gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 EBSILUX, le Luxembourg est d\u00e9sormais pleinement int\u00e9gr\u00e9 \u00e0 l'infrastructure europ\u00e9enne de services de blockchain (EBSI). Le projet a mis en place un n\u0153ud EBSI v2 au Luxembourg, afin de contribuer \u00e0 la robustesse et \u00e0 la s\u00e9curit\u00e9 globales de l'EBSI. Luxembourg is now fully integrated into the European Blockchain Services Infrastructure (EBSI)<\/b>. The project set up an EBSI v2 node in Luxembourg, in order to contribute to the overall robustness and security of the EBSI.<\/p>

De plus, afin d'am\u00e9liorer l'acc\u00e8s aux services transeurop\u00e9ens, EBSILUX a mis en place le cas d'utilistion DIPLOMAS<\/b> d'EBSI au Luxembourg. Le cas d'utilisation DIPLOMAS augmente la transparence et la confiance entre les \u00e9coles\/universit\u00e9s, les \u00e9tudiants et les employeurs en fournissant des certificats acad\u00e9miques num\u00e9riques.<\/p>

Le consortium EBSILUX a d\u00e9velopp\u00e9 un prototype <\/b>pour le Luxembourg afin d'\u00e9valuer la faisabilit\u00e9 des portefeuilles num\u00e9riques et l'EBSI pour l'\u00e9change de dipl\u00f4mes num\u00e9riques<\/b>. Le syst\u00e8me EBSILUX comprend des composants logiciels pour la d\u00e9livrance et la v\u00e9rification des dipl\u00f4mes et un portefeuille num\u00e9rique en ligne qui permet aux \u00e9tudiants de g\u00e9rer et d'utiliser leurs dipl\u00f4mes v\u00e9rifiables bas\u00e9s sur des titres.<\/p>

Gr\u00e2ce au cas d'utilisation DIPLOMAS et \u00e0 EBSILUX, la v\u00e9rification des dipl\u00f4mes universitaires devient hautement fiable<\/b> (lutte contre les faux dipl\u00f4mes universitaires, falsifi\u00e9s ou contrefaits) et rapide<\/b> gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 l'automatisation.<\/p>

\u00c0 la suite du projet, le consortium a identifi\u00e9 une s\u00e9rie de bonnes pratiques<\/b> r\u00e9sum\u00e9es dans un livre blanc :<\/p>

  1. D\u00e9finir une r\u00e9partition claire des responsabilit\u00e9s.<\/li>
  2. Commencer par un nombre limit\u00e9 de projets \u00e0 petite \u00e9chelle.<\/li>
  3. S'appuyer sur des mod\u00e8les de donn\u00e9es existants.<\/li>
  4. Partager les connaissances entre les projets.<\/li>
  5. Stocker uniquement les informations des entit\u00e9s juridiques.<\/li><\/ol>

    Certains d\u00e9fis <\/b>pour parvenir \u00e0 une adoption \u00e0 l'\u00e9chelle de l'UE pourraient \u00e9galement \u00eatre soulign\u00e9s dans le projet, notamment l'ajout de nouvelles fonctionnalit\u00e9s <\/b>(telles que la r\u00e9vocation), la disponibilit\u00e9 et l'interop\u00e9rabilit\u00e9 des portefeuilles num\u00e9riques, ainsi que des outils de v\u00e9rification simples et faciles \u00e0 utiliser.<\/p>
