{"id":897,"date":"2021-09-29T14:26:11","date_gmt":"2021-09-29T14:26:11","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/ebsilux.lu\/?p=897"},"modified":"2021-09-29T14:26:12","modified_gmt":"2021-09-29T14:26:12","slug":"learning-the-basics-of-blockchain-with-ebsilux","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/ebsilux.lu\/fr\/learning-the-basics-of-blockchain-with-ebsilux\/","title":{"rendered":"Apprendre les bases de la blockchain avec EBSILUX"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>Le 21 septembre 2021, le Luxembourg Institute of Science and Technology (LIST) a organis\u00e9 sa premi\u00e8re formation \"Les Bases de la Blockchain et d'EBSI\" pour les administrations publiques Luxembourgeoises dans le cadre des activit\u00e9s du projet EBSILUX.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La formation en ligne dirig\u00e9e par Thierry Grandjean, ing\u00e9nieur de recherche Blockchain au LIST, s'est concentr\u00e9e sur la blockchain dans le secteur public et a donn\u00e9 une introduction simple \u00e0 la technologie blockchain et \u00e0 son application dans le secteur public.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La formation a commenc\u00e9 par une introduction \u00e0 la blockchain o\u00f9 Grandjean a expliqu\u00e9 qu'une blockchain est \"un grand registre distribu\u00e9 et r\u00e9pliqu\u00e9 que tout le monde peut voir et v\u00e9rifier, ainsi qu'un grand registre annexe o\u00f9 personne ne peut supprimer ou modifier l'historique. En bref, un grand registre distribu\u00e9\".<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Passant des origines de la blockchain, Grandjean a illustr\u00e9 le fonctionnement de la blockchain \u00e0 travers une pr\u00e9sentation dynamique o\u00f9 il a d\u00e9montr\u00e9 le processus d'une transaction. \"L'objectif de la blockchain est de cr\u00e9er un syst\u00e8me bas\u00e9 sur l'informatique o\u00f9 les utilisateurs peuvent \u00e9changer librement de la valeur (argent) sans avoir besoin d'un contr\u00f4le central\", a-t-il expliqu\u00e9.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Apr\u00e8s avoir compar\u00e9 la base de donn\u00e9es centralis\u00e9e \u00e0 la base de donn\u00e9es r\u00e9pliqu\u00e9e et au grand registre distribu\u00e9 de la blockchain, Grandjean a expliqu\u00e9 comment la fonction de hachage peut \u00eatre assimil\u00e9e \u00e0 l'empreinte num\u00e9rique - une fonction fondamentale sur laquelle repose la blockchain.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En ce qui concerne les exemples d'\u00e9tudes de cas, Grandjean a pr\u00e9sent\u00e9 une \u00e9tude de cas relative \u00e0 la propri\u00e9t\u00e9 des biens, qui comprend les cryptomonnaies, les produits financiers et les certificats de biens du monde r\u00e9el. Il a \u00e9galement mentionn\u00e9 une \u00e9tude de cas de gestion de la cha\u00eene d'approvisionnement consistant \u00e0 \"suivre o\u00f9 est quoi\", et enfin, une \u00e9tude de cas de tenue de registre concernant les services notariaux et la preuve d'existence.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Grandjean a conclu son introduction \u00e0 la blockchain par une pr\u00e9sentation sur les contrats intelligents. \"Les contrats intelligents sont des programmes stock\u00e9s sur une blockchain qui s'ex\u00e9cutent lorsque des conditions pr\u00e9d\u00e9termin\u00e9es sont remplies\", a-t-il partag\u00e9, ajoutant qu'\"ils sont utilis\u00e9s pour automatiser l'ex\u00e9cution d'un accord sans l'intervention d'un interm\u00e9diaire.\"<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pour la deuxi\u00e8me partie de la formation, Grandjean a expliqu\u00e9 ce qu'est l'EBSI et comment elle peut b\u00e9n\u00e9ficier aux administrations publiques, aux entreprises et aux citoyens, tout en pr\u00e9sentant les \u00e9tudes de cas de l'EBSI tels que l'Identit\u00e9 (Self-Sovereign Identity), les Dipl\u00f4mes, la Tra\u00e7abilit\u00e9 et le partage des donn\u00e9es de confiance.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Apr\u00e8s avoir parl\u00e9 de la configuration technique d'EBSI, Grandjean a mentionn\u00e9 que le Luxembourg h\u00e9berge actuellement deux n\u0153uds EBSI V2 (un g\u00e9r\u00e9 par le minist\u00e8re de la Digitalisation et un g\u00e9r\u00e9 par Infrachain et h\u00e9berg\u00e9 par le LIST), tandis que le r\u00e9seau EBSI est compos\u00e9 de 30 n\u0153uds fonctionnant dans 21 \u00c9tats membres.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Apr\u00e8s sa pr\u00e9sentation d'EBSI, il a continu\u00e9 en introduisant le projet EBSILUX et ses objectifs tels que la mise en \u0153uvre de l'\u00e9tude de cas des dipl\u00f4mes EBSI au Luxembourg en tant que produit minimum viable (MVP).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Enfin, Grandjean a conclu sa formation engageante par une session d\u00e9taill\u00e9e sur l'identit\u00e9 num\u00e9rique souveraine (ESSIF), indiquant comment elle permet aux utilisateurs d'avoir le contr\u00f4le de leurs donn\u00e9es et de consentir \u00e0 leur partage, y compris la possibilit\u00e9 de ne partager qu'une partie des donn\u00e9es (divulgation s\u00e9lective). \"Alors que le d\u00e9tenteur dispose d'une identit\u00e9 num\u00e9rique v\u00e9rifiable avec de nombreuses informations, il peut g\u00e9n\u00e9rer une preuve qu'il a plus de dix-huit ans, mais sans remettre toutes les informations d'une carte d'identit\u00e9, y compris une date de naissance\", a-t-il pr\u00e9cis\u00e9 avant de conclure la formation par une d\u00e9monstration en direct et une s\u00e9ance de questions-r\u00e9ponses.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\" translation-block\">La prochaine formation pour les administrations publiques Luxembourgeoises aura lieu d\u00e9but 2022.
