Open Source Agreement

Participants to the EBSILUX Designathon grant permission, free of charge, to any person obtaining a copy of the concepts developed during the EBSILUX Designathon and associated documentation files (the “Concepts”), to deal in the Concepts without restriction, including without limitation the rights to use, copy, modify, merge, publish, distribute, sublicense, and/or sell copies of the Concepts, and to permit persons to whom the Concepts is furnished to do so. In no event shall the authors or copyright holders be liable for any claim, damages or other liability, whether in an action of contract, tort or otherwise, arising from, out of or in connection with the concepts or the use or other dealings in the concepts.
